• Buy a land lot to place a business on it and generate extra income. You can only have one business per lot, but you can swap out the business for a different one at any time. We recommend purchasing a land plot only if you have a business card acquired and ready to use. Otherwise, this purchase will incur an upkeep fee.
• The upkeep for land is a calculated total fee to maintain the lot (including taxes, power, heating, water, garbage services, and septic waste management).
• Business cards may affect the total upkeep cost if they require additional services.
• Once you own the lot, you can set it for sale at any price you choose.
• If you own any land lots, you must log in to the game at least once every 12 months to maintain ownership of the lots. If you do not log in within this period, your account will be flagged as inactive, and your land lots will be released to other players.
